During your appointment your eyes remain closed throughout the entire application process, so you are never exposed to the light directly. The technology is specifically designed for use in lash treatments and has been extensively tested for client safety. If you have any concerns or specific eye sensitivities, just let us know when you book and we'll be happy to discuss it with you beforehand.

What makes LED lash extensions different from regular lash extensions?

LED lash extensions use a specialised adhesive that is cured instantly using a gentle LED light during application, rather than relying on air and humidity like traditional glue. An LED full set typically takes 90 to 150 minutes depending on the style chosen. Refills take between 60 and 90 minutes. Because the adhesive cures instantly under the LED light, the application process can actually feel faster and more comfortable than a traditional lash appointment.

Can I switch from traditional lash extensions to LED lashes?

Absolutely — and we highly recommend it! If you currently have traditional lash extensions, we'll remove them safely and apply your new LED set in the same appointment. Just book a lash removal along with your new LED full set and we'll take care of the rest.
