Where are you located and how do I get there?

We are located at 276 Union Road, Moonee Ponds VIC 3039 — in the heart of Moonee Ponds with street parking available on Union Road and surrounding streets. We welcome clients from Essendon, Ascot Vale, Brunswick, Flemington, Kensington, Avondale Heights and surrounding Melbourne suburbs.

We are an appointment-based salon to ensure every client receives our full attention and care. We occasionally have last minute availability — follow us on Instagram or send us a DM to check for same day bookings.

We specialise exclusively in Makeup Artistry, Custom Lash Extensions, Signature Lash Lifts, Advanced Brow Treatments and Facial Waxing. Every service is tailored to your individual features, lifestyle and goals — because we believe beauty should enhance who you are, not change you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the booked service.

What is a Korean Lash Lift and how is it different from a regular lash lift?

A Korean Lash Lift uses advanced techniques and products to create a more lifted, separated and natural-looking curl compared to a standard lash lift. The treatment takes around 60 to 70 minutes and results typically last 6 to 8 weeks. It is one of our most popular signature services at Makeup & Beauty Lounge in Moonee Ponds.

How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions generally last 2 to 4 weeks before a refill is needed, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. We offer refill appointments from 45 to 90 minutes depending on the amount of infill required.

What is brow lamination and how long does it last?

Accepted Answer

Brow lamination is a treatment that straightens and sets your brow hairs into a fuller, more defined shape. Results last approximately 6 to 8 weeks. We offer brow lamination from $105, and it can be combined with a sculpt, tint or lash lift for a full treatment.

Do you offer lash and brow combo treatments?

Yes — we have several popular combo options. Our Brow Lamination and Lash Lift and Tint is $225 and takes 85 minutes. Our Brow Lamination Sculpt and Tint plus Lash Lift and Tint is $248 and takes 95 minutes.

What is the difference between LED lashes and classic lash extensions?

LED lashes use a light-cured adhesive technology that bonds faster and can last longer than traditional classic lash extensions. Both services are available at Makeup & Beauty Lounge, with full sets starting from $160 for classic and $180 for LED lashes.
